FaizaneQuran.co operates as a premium, fully independent alternative online learning platform. We are not affiliated with, authorized, associated, or in any way officially connected with Dawat-e-Islami, the official “Faizan Online Academy” system, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

2. Eligibility & Child Accounts
For minor students (children under legal age), the registration, account setup, and coordination must be strictly managed under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
We maintain a structured billing cycle to support our dedicated instructors:
- Advance Payment: All monthly course fees must be cleared in advance by the 5th of each month.
- Refund Policy: Fees paid are non-refundable once the monthly session cycle begins.
- Holidays: Class cancellations due to official Islamic holidays (e.g., Eid) or national holidays will not result in any fee deductions or adjustments.
4. Attendance & Makeup Classes
Our attendance policy ensures fairness to both students and teachers:
Student Absences
Students must provide at least 24 hours advance notice for missing a class, otherwise the session will be marked as consumed with no makeup class provided.
Teacher Absences
If an instructor cancels or misses a scheduled session, the academy is fully responsible for scheduling a makeup class at a mutually agreeable time.
5. Code of Conduct & Anti-Poaching Privacy
To preserve a secure and professional learning environment, sharing screen feeds, personal phone numbers, WhatsApp lines, or personal social media handles between teachers and students is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination of Services
The academy reserves the exclusive right to cancel a student's admission or terminate account access immediately due to continuous non-payment of fees or disrespectful behavior toward instructors.
